Everyday life can be taxing: work, partners, friends, family, pets, children, hobbies,... - we often try to do it all! Sometimes that is easier than other times. In this self-care session, we will have a look at our very own energy-management. We will look at different strategies and reflect on what works for us and what doesn't. This is a great refresher for finding back into your flow, it is helpful to regularly assess what we are doing to manage our energy and re-evaluate if that is still in line with where we are at in life.
This self-care circle is for business owners to come together. We will ease in with an Instinctive Meditation practice, take time to journal with prompts relating to the topic. There will be time to share (totally optional) and we will also integrate the practice with a movement session. Get yourself set up in a comfortable spot, grab a journal, and bring an open heart.
