• ​Conrad Dias: Award-winning CIO and fintech innovator with extensive experience in digital transformation. Founder of iPay, FusionX, and OYES, Conrad leads advancements in payment platforms and next-gen banking. A CIO Hall of Fame inductee and strategic leader in global finance technology.

• ​Heminda Jayaweera: 2021 Eisenhower Fellow and Executive Director of TRACE Sri Lanka. He has founded and supported multiple startups, including Jendo (med-tech) and Thuru (green-tech), and cofounded Venture Frontier Lanka. A Council Member at the National Innovation Agency, he is a leader in innovation and entrepreneurship in Sri Lanka.

• ​Revan Weerasinghe is an independent legal practitioner specializing in intellectual property, data protection, privacy law, and commercial transactions. A co-founder of Insight Legal, he also serves as Consultant Legal and Intellectual Property to SLINTEC. Revan holds a Master’s in Law and multiple qualifications in law, economics, and information systems. He is a visiting lecturer in Intellectual Property Law and was recognized among the "Top 50 Emerging IP Players" at the 2019 IPR Gorilla Conference in Dubai.

• ​David Jeewarathnam: Blockchain consultant and Web3 advocate with 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing blockchain solutions. • ​Kamini T. Dissanayake: An accomplished Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public, and Registered Company Secretary with three decades of expertise in commercial, civil, environmental, and humanitarian law. She has held prominent roles such as Legal Consultant for the Asian Development Bank’s TAARP Project, CEO of ICLP, and Head of Legal at leading finance companies, while also excelling as an expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). A panelist at international forums and the author of Legal Ownership Battle Between the Registered Owner and Absolute Owner, Kamini is a Life Member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and the Colombo Law Society, reflecting her enduring dedication to legal excellence and innovation.
