โWe often view emotions as a distraction, brute forcing our way to impact, but what if tapping into emotions is the gateway to flow & unlocking new dimensions of capacity?
โWe mistake knowledge work for being one with our mind, ignoring all the wisdom that our bodies have to offer us in understanding how we relate to work. Beneath all the emotion we've suppressed is creative energy, access to our truest desires, and new levels of flow.

โBring work you've been feeling especially stuck with! Is there an email you've been delaying writing? A project that gives you a headache? All your bajillion small tasks with context switching you want to power through?
This session will be especially helpful for those kinds of work and likely not as good for single-context, easy-to-do deep work.
โSchedule:
In the first ~30 minutes, we'll be introducing the approach and do a short guided meditation to cultivate a sense of grounding, spaciousness, and kindness.
We'll then begin a few pomodoros that set the container, doing check ins between them. We'll wrap up a bit before 5 to have time for questions.
