​​​Nourish is a monthly Women's Embodiment Studio designed to bring you into deeper connection with yourself and with others.

​We will have a drop in meditation, embodiment & connection activities, and an integration circle at the end. The activities are designed to generate intimacy and bring your attention to your body, its senses, and everything moving through it.

​Please bring any snacks you want to share. Bonus points for bringing your favorites!

​Hello beautiful human.

​​​I am a trained tantric dominatrix and somatic bodyworker.

​​​This event is a part of my greater offering to build community for women looking to connect more deeply with their bodies.

​​​I have seen the power that is stored within our bodies.

​​​I believe in the strength that is generated from taking the time to tap into your body's reservoir of wisdom

​​​& I believe in the strength that is generated from connecting with other women to be seen, heard, felt, and filled up. 

​​​The active presence of both of these beliefs in my life significantly impacts how I am able to move through the world and the level of radiance I exude.

​I have faced the challenge that is setting aside the time to tap into my own body's reservoir of wisdom and allow myself to feel and receive the nutrients I am needing. In this reservoir, some of the most important nutrients I need come from a deeper connection with others. It can be excruciating to allow others to witness and feel me in this place of vulnerability, let alone contribute to my refilling.

​​I want to bring all of you together to generate a field of deeply felt connection and nourishment that feels approachable and easy to deliver you nutrients that are often missing in our day to day lives and leave you feeling full and deeply cared for.

​There is something special about our feminine nature when we come together. Being a radiant well nourished woman is almost impossible without being in connection with other women. 

​​​​We are soft, magnetic, and devastatingly fierce. The entire universe is born from the feminine. We are an incredible signature of life.​
