Embodied Boundaries for Women: Tapping into the Somatic ‘NO’ That Leads to the Authentic ‘YES’
Discover the power of embodied boundaries—learn to tap into your somatic ‘NO’ to unlock a more authentic ‘YES’ in this transformative workshop for women.
As women, we are conditioned to navigate the world in ways that diminish our power—limiting our agency, our right to take up space, and our ability to make choices for ourselves. These ingrained patterns ripple into every aspect of our lives: how we show up in intimate relationships, how we assert ourselves and pursue our goals, how energized or depleted we feel by what we allow into our lives, how we care for others, how we love, and how we move through our communities.
When we’ve been taught—explicitly or implicitly—that someone else’s comfort matters more than our own, our ability to set healthy, flexible boundaries erodes. Without those boundaries, we lose connection with ourselves. What do I truly want? What do I enjoy? Who am I without… (fill in the blank)?
Because of this conditioning, many of us unconsciously develop one of two boundary patterns:
*Porous Boundaries – We let everyone in, struggle to say no, and overgive at the cost of ourselves.
*Rigid Boundaries – We shut others out, keep opportunities at a distance, and harden ourselves, making true connection difficult.
The journey to reclaim embodied boundaries cannot happen through the mind alone. It must happen through the body. Because it was the body that first shut down—it froze, fawned, collapsed, or abandoned itself to please, to survive.
In this gathering, we will explore:
How we got here—the ways we learned to override our boundaries
How this impacts our daily lives—from relationships to self-worth
How to move through it—into a place where we feel safe to say NO, creating space for a more authentic YES
This Gathering is for You If You:
✔ Feel disconnected from your sense of self, identity, or purpose
✔ Struggle to say no and suppress discomfort to avoid conflict
✔ Have experienced any form of abuse that has made you afraid to fully be yourself
✔ Have been conditioned to place your value in caretaking others before yourself
✔ Feel disconnected from your body, emotions, and inner truth
✔ Notice patterns of overgiving, people-pleasing, or shutting down to protect yourself
✔ Tend to shut people out and isolate as a way to protect yourself
