​This process group is designed for individuals who have been affected by the recent storms. In this two-part process group, you will develop nervous system regulation skills, learn grounding techniques, and build resiliency in a supportive virtual setting. 

​The group will be facilitated by trauma specialist 

. It will provide a safe and supportive space to process emotions, share experiences, and learn coping strategies.

​Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others who have been through similar experiences and receive support.

​The focus will be on building resilience and promoting healing in the aftermath of a traumatic event.
