Unfortunately we cannot support refunds. If you cannot make the event, you may pass your ticket onto a friend or consider your ticket a donation to supporting continued sustainable events. 

It’s a femme clothing swap! Pass along old favorites and find new gems for yourself, or maybe as a holiday gift. Meet new friends excited about circular fashion and sustainability. 

Arrive at 10:00 to set up/hang your pieces and swapping starts at 10:20. Stay to mingle and make new friends. 

Please bring no more than 7 garments. Garments must be clean/freshly laundered and in a condition that you would be proud to pass along to a friend (no major pit stains, broken zippers, etc.). 

 is a space dedicated to supporting local entrepreneurs and teams building hardware. Located in Bernal Heights, the Studio gathers the community, resources, space, and tools needed to build a business making physical products. 

About your host: ​Audrey is the owner of 

, a zero waste denim and garment repair business. Salvage Studio was founded in September 2021, and has since salvaged 1000+ vintage and modern garments.

This event will also serve as a drop off point for mending—Salvage Studio will be present to intake any beloved garments from your wardrobe that you’d like to get repaired, separate from swapping. 

Why are you charging for a clothing swap? 

- It takes time to organize, set up and close out an event, and we will take all remaining garments to community thrift to be donated. We also have overhead costs with using the space (event trash fee, monthly membership, etc). 

What if I have more than 7 pieces I want to bring? 

- We set a cap because typically items are left at the end of swaps and it’s logistically overwhelming to donate so many leftover items. Choose your best 7, and save the others for the next swap. 

- That’s perfectly fine, come anyway! There will be plenty of pieces to go around. 

- Yes. Accessories count toward your 7 item max. 

- No. We suggest wearing a tank top and yoga pants so you can try on things over your clothes. 

- We cannot offer refunds. If you find you can't make it after you've signed up, you can also pass your spot on to a friend who can attend, or consider your ticket a donation to cover overhead costs.
