This process group is designed for individuals who have been affected by the recent storms. In this two-part process group, you will develop nervous system regulation skills, learn grounding techniques, and build resiliency in a supportive virtual setting. 

The group will be facilitated by trauma specialist 

. It will provide a safe and supportive space to process emotions, share experiences, and learn coping strategies. 

Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others who have been through similar experiences and receive support. 

The focus will be on building resilience and promoting healing in the aftermath of a traumatic event.
