Spring Equinox

✨Join us for a Spring Equinox Day Retreat in Souldrop, Bedfordshire as we celebrate this energising seasonal transition. ✨

Combining yoga teacher Tabs’ love of movement with Nutritional Therapist Lara’s expertise, this will be a joyful day of yoga and nutrition. 

We’ll start the morning with an energising Vinyasa flow - weaving intentional movements with creative transitions, encouraging you to connect with yourself and plant seeds of intention for the months to come. Tabs’ flow will be followed by herbal teas and and nutritious snacks, after which Lara will share her top nutrition tips to help us nourish our bodies as we shake off the winter cobwebs and reawaken our energy for the lighter days of spring.

You’ll then have a chance to enjoy a short walk around Souldrop - perhaps squeezing in a quick hug with Tabs’ beloved sheep, or simply taking a moment to ground yourself and find stillness in your surroundings. 

We’ll return for a delicious, vegan/vegetarian lunch which will be followed by a nutrition Q&A, offering you the chance to ask Lara any nutrition queries you might have. This will allow us to separate nutrition fact from fiction, and find clarity as to what wellbeing really looks like in the real world. 

Finally, Tabs will guide you through a slow flow designed to calm your nervous system - allowing you to sink into the restful stillness of Savasana and soak in the day’s events. There will be more tea and brownies as we re-group for a closing ceremony before parting ways with the magic of the Equinox, as well as the power of energy and intention, in both body and soul.

The event will last from 10am-4.30pm on Saturday 15th March 2025 at the cost of £110. Payment will be collected via PayPal or bank transfer. Payment details will be emailed to you upon registration.
