The 1st Annual Moraga Rib Throwdown will bring together families, friends, local businesses and neighbors in a celebration of (friendly, non-sanctioned) culinary competition and community spirit. 

All proceeds will benefit the Moraga Education Foundation, supporting Moraga's public schools: Camino Pablo, Los Perales, Rheem, JM, and Campolindo.

$40 Ticket (+ taxes) includes 2-3 Ribs, ~4 oz of brisket and a scoop of mac n' cheese

Pork Spare Ribs
Tender and well seasoned with a special blend of rubs and spices, infused with a sweet juice to really bring out the flavor.

Beef Brisket
Smoked low and slow for several hours and injected with a tangy citrus concoction that makes the meat really tender and juicy.

Mac n' Cheese 
Four types of cheeses, hand shredded with a touch of cayenne to make the creamiest and most comforting side dish ever!
