Join us every Saturday at 9 AM outside Little Island for a gentle, no-pressure walk with others who are craving a reset. 

This is a space to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself and with others who get it.

Whether you're burned out, creatively stuck, or simply craving real connection, you're welcome to join us.

We’ll walk from Little Island up the Hudson River Greenway to Pier 25 and back. It's a scenic, waterfront route just under 3 miles round trip.
