Mae’r gweithdy hwn sy’n para am 3 awr ar gyfer pobl sy’n dymuno ‘codi’r gwastad’ o ran llywodraethu eu helusen a gosod targedau uchel ar gyfer eu Bwrdd neu eu pwyllgor rheoli.  

Mae llywodraethu da yn hanfodol er mwyn sicrhau gwydnwch a llwyddiant elusen. Wedi’i seilio ar egwyddorion y Côd Llywodraethu i Elusennau, bydd y cwrs ar-lein ymarferol a rhyngweithiol hwn yn eich tywys chi y tu hwnt i wybodaeth sylfaenol llywodraethu elusennau ac yn eich helpu chi i sefydlu ac i gynnal safonau uchel ar gyfer eich elusen.  

Erbyn diwedd y cwrs, dylech chi fod wedi gosod camau ymarferol y gall eich Bwrdd eu defnyddio er mwyn cryfhau ei lywodraethu.

This 3-hour workshop is for people who want to ‘level up’ their charity’s governance and set high standards for their board or management committee.  

Good governance is essential to the resilience and success of a charity. Based on the principles of the Charity Governance Code, this practical, interactive online course will take you beyond the basics of charity governance and help you to establish and maintain high standards for your charity.  

By the end of the course, you should have a set of practical steps that your board can take to strengthen its governance.
