After a full weekend at SCA Expo, we invite you to come unwind and dance the stress away at Go Fund Bean’s Coffee Prom Fundraiser.

This is our biggest fundraiser yet and we hope you’ll join us for an evening of unforgettable festivities and less drama than your high school prom. The theme is “Swag,” which is open to interpretation. Outfits and costumes fit for the theme are highly encouraged.

Our event venue is the historic McMenamin's Crystal Ballroom. At over a century old, it’s listed on the National Register of Historic Place, and features one of the few remaining mechanical dance floors in the US. A fully restored floor, experiencing it has been described “like dancing on clouds.”

Ticket prices are on a sliding scale with a $20 minimum and $40 suggestion. Anything beyond is more than welcomed. Only a limited number of tickets will be sold at the door, so we highly recommend reserving a spot now. All ticket purchases and silent auction sales will be considered charitable donations toward Go Fund Bean’s programming to support, uplift, and defend the hourly coffee worker.

Our exciting silent auction includes coffee swag, online lessons, and all-expenses-paid vacation packages. Only attendees will get a chance to win them! 

Go Fund Bean is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and defending hourly coffee workers. We uplift the coffee community through programs like Disaster Relief Grants, Bean for Bean mentorship, and low-cost mental health care through our Stay Grounded Initiative. All money spent at Coffee Prom will support these programs.
