Columbus Emerging Leaders' Summit 2025
The CYP Club is proud to present the 12th annual Columbus Emerging Leaders’ Summit, a half-day leadership experience that brings together passionate, smart, and engaged young professionals from all across Central Ohio to connect and grow while learning from local speakers and thought leaders.
This year’s summit will be hosted on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 8:00-11:45am in partnership with Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO). Supporting sponsors include: Antioch University, Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Everhart Advisors, Huntington National Bank, Owens Corning, and Zipline Logistics!

8:00am - Arrival, Morning Connections, Light Breakfast & Coffee
8:30am - Welcome from the CYP Club and HRACO
8:45-9:45am - A “Fireside Chat” with Central Ohio Mayors on City & Civic Leadership
The mayoral chat won’t focus on politics or policies, but rather leadership lessons for the next generation as well as insights on getting involved from the local level, regardless of party affiliation.
9:45-10:30am - Coffee, Tea & Networking Break!
10:30-11:30am - Leadership in Real-Time Talks
You’ll hear from back-to-back speakers at different career stages (and in order of age) to showcase a real-time progression of leadership. Speeches will last for 5-7 minutes each and will showcase stories of accomplishment & learning with storytellers representing teens through 60s, including:
11:45am - Closing Remarks & General Summit Dismissal
12-1:30pm [*INVITE ONLY*] - YPO Leaders Roundtable Luncheon for presidents, VPs, chairs of YPOs/ERGs/BRGs

COST TO ATTEND: An "early bird" summit pass is $25. On September 19th the price will increase to $35 and on September 30th it will increase to $50 until we are sold out. Tickets include access to all speakers & presentations, networking with nonprofits and other attendees, light breakfast & coffee, an Emerging Leaders Summit coffee tumbler, and free parking. Water, coffee, and snacks will be available throughout the summit.
