​Whether it’s experiences like the Colour Factory and Meow Wolf, immersive theatre like Sleep No More or Alice’s Adventures Underground, events like Burning Man, or meditation and wellness retreats promising transformation - immersive experience seem to be on the rise.

Yet they’re now new. Immersive experiences have been around in some shape or form for a long time - Renaissance Fairs, Theme parks, you name it.

Today, these experiences often combine things like storytelling, play, instagrammability, community, and more.

Elene is a learning experience consultant and a professional coach. Working with a variety of large corporates she helps clients create blended, campaign-like learning experiences. As an ex-auditor, a data analytics and an operational excellence champion she focuses on pushing clients away from one off learning programs towards thinking more systematically and strategically about ways they can achieve desired change.
