The Emotional Code - April 27th (Orange County)
The Emotional Code: A Live Somatic Healing Experience
Doors open at 10:00am. Please arrive early to check in and get settled. Class will start at 10:30am. No late admittance.
The Emotional Code is not just an event—it’s a ceremony of release, a reset for your nervous system, and a chance to come back home to your body.
Through guided self-massage, breathwork, and somatic movement, you’ll explore the areas where emotional tension often hides: the chest, belly, jaw, hips, and more. With each breath and gentle press, you’ll begin to loosen what’s been stored—grief, stress, anger, pressure—without needing to explain or analyze it.
This is a space where emotion is welcome and expression is free. Whether it looks like shaking, tears, stillness, or laughter, your body will guide the way.
We close with sound healing, allowing your system to fully integrate the shifts. As tones ripple through the space, you’ll drop into stillness, reflect, and let the experience settle deep into your being.

What to Bring
To fully enjoy the event, we recommend bringing:
Yoga mats or blankets (and pillows) for a comfortable place to lie down during the sessions.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow freedom of movement and relaxation.
Stay Hydrated
Breathwork and somatic exercises can be dehydrating, so please drink plenty of water before and after the event.
What to Do After
After the event, give yourself time to rest and reflect. Some participants like to journal their thoughts or feelings, take a warm bath, or simply enjoy quiet time to integrate their experience.
Avoid doing anything too demanding, so you can continue the relaxation and benefits.
Keep hydrating and eat a nourishing meal to support your body’s recovery
