Nancy Moricette is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant who works with organizations to create socially conscious inclusive programs. She is the founder of Áse Power Consult, a consulting firm specializing in helping organizations build authentic, sustainable relationships across cultural and gender divides. She is trained in anti-bias frameworks, disrupting anti-black systemic racism, and institutional change coaching protocols from People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond, Southern Poverty Law Center, National School Reform Faculty, and Inclusion in the Workplace ESSEC/Coursera.
