Tonights class is focusing on over whelm and stress and how we can move, stretch, release, restore and relax the nervous system. Through the weeks I have been sharing different techniques of yoga to bring the nervous system into a state of calm and deep rest. We will use, mudras, sound vibration, restorative, yin, yoga Nidra and Pranayama (breath work) helping us glide into the start of the week. Helping with muscle tension, busy minds and insomnia. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, blanket, cushions, blocks (or books) a bolster if you have one, a strap or( scarf ) and an eye bag. Light a candle, some incense or a defuser, use your favourite essential oil and make sure your space is comfortable, quiet and clean so you can fully embody the practice.
