​The Third Annual NYCP Honors Ceremony is a tribute to our graduating senior fellows — students who have shown outstanding growth, leadership, and commitment over the course of their time in the Newark Youth Career Pathways Program. Whether they joined us as sophomores or juniors, these remarkable young people have risen to the challenge, embraced opportunity, and are now ready to step boldly into their futures.

​Tonight, we also recognize the unwavering support of our Career Pathway Partners, mentors, educators, and community champions who have guided, inspired, and empowered our fellows every step of the way. Your contributions are the foundation of this success. As we have proudly open our 21st Century Career Pathway Centers, we take a moment to honor the partnerships, perseverance, and passion that have shaped this incredible journey.

​This celebration marks not just an ending, but a new beginning — a launchpad for our seniors, a milestone for NYCP, and the official opening of spaces dedicated to career exploration, skill development, and youth-centered innovation.
