End-of-Year Effective Giving Mixer

​You're invited to celebrate the end of 2023 with like-minded people who want to make the world a better place! Join us for an event designed to bring together both seasoned philanthropists and those new to the world of giving.

​5.30pm - 6pm: Arrival, welcome and introductions. Socialise with fellow attendees.

​6pm - 6.20pm: Talk on effective giving. We will be joined by Jack Lewars from One for The World who will be talking about the current state of effective giving and why and how your contribution can make a real difference.

​6.20pm - 7pm: Food, drinks and networking. Mingle with like-minded individuals, make connections, and share stories of impact. This will also be an opportunity to connect with research organisations and charity evaluators such as Giving Green, Animal Charity Evaluators, Founders Pledge and Longview Philanthropy who can offer informed recommendations on giving opportunities.

​7pm - 7.30pm: Pledge and donation drive. We will be running a $10,000 matched fundraising drive that attendees can contribute to.

​7.30pm - end: Closing remarks and final networking.
