As the European Commission develops the Digital Fairness Act (DFA), startups face critical questions about targeted advertising, compliance requirements, and their ability to innovate in Europe's evolving regulatory landscape.

Startups, many of which depend on personalised advertising to grow, need a clear and proportionate policy framework to reach customers and scale their businesses. Without one, Europe risks stifling the very innovation it seeks to support.
