​We don't know why they did it. We just know they did.

​Unbeknownst to them, a dish that defines the Korean identity was born:

​While most of you crypto bros may have only heard of 'Kimchi Premium', Kimchi is a fundamentally a modular and community building dish.

​Kimchi is sovereign + interoperable (yes, really)

​This shit slaps yo.

​The dish itself exists in many sovereign forms:

• ​Water kimchi

• ​Red kimchi

• ​Raddish kimchi

• ​Oyster kimchi

​The dish is also interoperable that there are many Korean dishes which is a result of mixing various dishes with Kimchi:

• ​Kimchi soup

• ​Kimchi dumplings

• ​Kimchi pancakes

• ​Kimchi fried rice

• ​Kimchi tofu

​Kimchi is community

​Kimchi has deep cultural meaning in social bonding, sharing, and reciprocity.

​Gimjang, Korean cultural tradition and process associated with kimchi-making, brought families and neighbors together to collectively make + share kimchi before the winter ❄️.
