EEAAO: Exploring Oneself
This workshop will enrich participants' experience of Everything Everywhere All At Once and increase their capacity to recognize the water/matrix in which we exist, especially with respect to one's own experience.

This is a quick reminder that we will not be watching the movie as part of these workshops, so please watch (or re-watch if you'd like 😊) the movie before joining the workshop.
Tentative Schedule:
~15 minutes - Participants will have the chance to reflect on provided prompts individually (e.g. in a physical journal, in a notes app on their phone, in a document on their computer)
~15 minutes - Participants will go into breakout rooms to discuss their reflections with each other
Remainder of the session - We will have a group discussion to share the key takeaways from the breakout rooms and dive deeper into topics of interest.
