Crunch & Brunch hosts monthly events that combine health & wellness, delicious food, and making new friends in Seattle.
On Saturday January 18th, Join us for a strength/weight lifting class at The Lifting Legacy. After class, we'll head over to Toulouse Petit for brunch.
11:45am: arrive at The Lifting Legacy. Check in, and get excited for class.
12:00m: Class starts! This is an empowering class that will help you feel strong - both mentally and physically. Our instructor will teach and show us how to lift weights while minimizing injuries!
After class, we will have a fun activity about new year intentions and goal setting and then head over to brunch!
