About the Host:
In a career dedicated to putting the voices of change-making brands and leaders on the mic, Cate has built an expansive lens and flexible toolkit for sharing big ideas with vibrant cohesion.
She has developed brand voice and defined narrative, shaped content and communication across channels, performed and presented on lots of stages, and crafted words everywhere. Her Forbes podcast The Limit Does Not Exist was acquired by iHeartMedia after achieving millions of downloads globally.
Cate's work has been featured in Adweek, Fast Company, Ms. Magazine, and The Washington Post, commissioned Amy Poehler's Smart Girls and Southern California Public Radio, and funded by The Harnisch Foundation. She's given talks and led conversations at places like NASA JPL, Interlochen Center for the Arts, The Annenberg Space, and Brown University.
She currently heads up Ecstatic Voice, a communication studio and voice lab in LA. Outside of EV, she trains MBA teams to amplify innovation at the Rady School of Management and writes The Ecstatic Review on Substack.
