We specifically track performance and KPIs, stay on track for raises and promotions, work towards job security and work life harmony. Members work in high performance roles in tech and tech-adjacent industries.

​Cohort Meeting Agenda ☕

• ​5 minutes: Welcome

• ​10 minutes: Breakout rooms to share performance progress

• ​15 minutes: Workshop 1-2 topics from breakout rooms

• ​30 minutes: Topic for discussion

​Performance Tracker

• ​When you sign up you will get your own Performance Tracker to record 1-3 metrics or milestone achievements each month.

• ​Managing performance outside of work allows you to strategize performance and ensure you are on track for raises and promotions

• ​Develop your Resume and Annual Review as you go
