​We’re hosting the Refract Design Duel - a one-night creative challenge where graphic designers receive a real-world brief 24 hours before the event and present their work live in front of a room full of hiring teams, founders, and creatives.

​We're looking for a junior graphic designer with experience in:

• ​Branding, digital and marketing collateral.

• ​Confident presenting and explaining your thinking

• ​Full-timers open to new roles.

• ​Based in or around Sydney (you’ll need to be there in person)

​How it works:

• ​You’ll receive a design brief 24 hours before the event (02/07/25)

• ​You’ve got 5 minutes to present your concept live.

• ​You’ll be showcasing to companies actively hiring - including us

• ​Good people, good energy, and a chance to get noticed.
