• 11:00 – 12:00 — Yoga Dance Flow led by Michelle (ZenTech Women)
This isn’t your standard yoga class! Expect more rhythm and flow—less static postures, more dynamic movement to music. We’re blending yoga with dance to wake up your body and elevate your mood. Think: breath, beats, and freedom of movement.
• 12:00 – 14:00 — Matcha Vibes & Live DJ Set w/ Sasha Tigresa
Chill, connect, and vibe out with matcha drinks (available for purchase) and curated tunes.
