Abdulmalek holds a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Tripoli, Libya. As the President of OneQuantum Libya, he embraces the local quantum technology environment and is part of the global OneQuantum organization. He is also a founding member of QLibya under the international QWorld association, providing resources and teaching quantum programming and computing. Abdulmalek is one of the founders of Quanta-ly, the first Libyan company specialized in supporting the Libyan ecosystem for the year-to-quantum.
👤 Yara J. Fernandes
Yara was handpicked by a government in Northern Africa to serve as Cultural Ambassador due to her extensive experience in cross-cultural communication and community building across many cultures. She has worked on interdisciplinary and multicultural teams in the Space and Quantum industries, impacting economic development. Yara has been involved in finding, hiring, and referring talented people worldwide for projects requiring global collaboration. She currently serves as an Advisor for Space Kidz India and Mission - ShakthiSAT, and is involved in Business Development at GPTuesdays.
