"A Taste of Sleepawake" Fundraiser

​What is deep well-being?
How do we cultivate it at the individual level and at the societal level? 

​If you are interested in these questions, please join us for a fun night, during which we will provide an experience that starts to answer these questions and an intro to Sleepawake, a nonprofit with a mission to bring about a world in which deep well-being becomes universal.

​ABOUT SLEEPAWAKE

​To pursue its mission, Sleepawake's first step is a transformational one-month program for young adults - at a pivotal, highly-formative period in their lives – that catalyzes internal shifts that bring about their deep well-being. ​ABOUT THE EVENT

​The evening will be primarily experiential. For a little under two hours, we will provide experiences that give you a taste of the work we do with participants in our weekend and one-month programs. Come with a friend (your "plus one"), and the two of you will learn how simple shifts in behaviors and norms can open up new dimensions in your friendship and your understanding of self.

​We will also give you the opportunity to meet and hear from program participants.

​We will close with a look to the future of what we are trying to accomplish and a request for a financial contribution to make this vision a reality. (This is a no-ticket event. If and how much you donate will be up to you.)
