​Over the course of 90 minutes, Amanda will help writers drop into what feels most alive in the present moment and write from that place. Do you have a patient story that needs to be shared or a future vision that deserves to be expressed?

​We’ll start with a mindfulness practice, share our intentions for the session, drop into a dedicated period of focused writing, and we’ll end by sharing our experience and perhaps even reading something we’ve written.
