empowHER is a community and platform that started in NYC a year ago. We unite ambitious and like-minded women, creating a vibrant community that empowers, collaborates, and succeeds together. We are dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships by providing a dynamic platform where women can connect, share knowledge, and support one another.
We are excited to announce our first event in Chicago at Sweat Session Studio! Join us for an evening focused on Balance & Beyond, where we’ll explore how women manage multiple roles—business owners, leaders, mothers—and how stress uniquely impacts our health.
Women's health, often underfunded, is a critical issue, and this event will highlight the struggles many women face, including undiagnosed autoimmune diseases. Our expert panel, featuring leaders in CPG, business, and wellness, will offer insightful discussions on how women can navigate stress, prioritize wellness, and lead with resilience.
