About the event:
Alexey Grigorev will guide participants in constructing a chatbot using large language models (LLMs) through Python. This workshop requires no prior experience with generative AI, ML, or NLP.
Participants will create a chatbot that leverages FAQs from DataTalks.Club's free courses to respond to user inquiries. The workshop will cover:
Data Extraction: We will extract and organize all questions and answers from the FAQs, preparing them in a structured format suitable for use by the chatbot.
Knowledge Base Indexing: We will index the structured data to optimize the chatbot's search capabilities, ensuring efficient and relevant answer retrieval.
Chatbot Setup: We will program the chatbot in a Jupyter Notebook with basic Python. This session will also introduce participants to the essentials of interfacing with LLMs.
Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): We will incorporate RAG to enhance the chatbot's accuracy. This approach improves the chatbot's ability to interpret queries and retrieve appropriate responses from the indexed knowledge base.
