About Event

What does not kill you only makes you stronger, which is why I am hosting a movie night to watch the bad, the strange, and the unfortunate films that can only be suffered through in the company of others. The Summer of Van Damme continues with:

Double Team - A 1997 buddy-cop action movie staring the Muscles From Brushless and Dennis Rodman's hair. It is pure, canned 90's action tropes from one end to the other spiced up with a novelty actor (Rodman) no one really asked to see for off the basketball court and on the big screen. Though it does make one wonder if Dennis Rodman has ever sat down to watch this with Kim Jong-Un, the secretive and reclusive dictator of North Korea whom he is famously besties with.

Drinking is encouraged. And probably necessary. Movie starts at 7:30. This movie night will be hosted at Valerie & Adam's (since the Phoenix theater is getting new risers constructed).
