​This weekend retreat will energize you for spacious, kind, and passionate communication in your everyday relationships. You’ll learn and enjoy eG's life-affirming meditations, methods, view, and atmosphere.

• ​Besides yourself, nothing will be needed. You may want a notepad, your preferred meditation cushion/setup, or a water bottle.

• ​There will be a lunch break and several shorter breaks throughout the day.

• ​No prior meditation experience is required.

On the first day of this retreat, you'll be introduced to eG's foundational meditation — Opening Awareness. After that, retreatants will be guided through transformational, embodied interpersonal methods. In this pair work, you'll explore your own patterns of interaction and will have space for in-depth exploration through personal reflection and with others. On the second day of the retreat, you'll use the foundations built on the first day to find ways of directly relating with emotions from a life-affirming perspective.

These practices are both supportive and challenging and function by changing the ways we interact with others from being fixed and fearful to fluid, courageous, and kind.

​All sessions are optional so you can pace yourself according to capacity. If this is your first retreat, you have the option to increase your meditation hours in a safe, friendly space, taking a break when you need to. If you’re a seasoned meditator, you will find enough content and challenge for full-time, immersive engagement.
