OOOMinds Hampstead Women’s Pond Swim+Connect

​We’ll meet for a cold swim then sit for a hot tea and a chat to start the day.

​Please note there is a £4.70 fee to use the ponds if you are not a member which will be payable on arrival (contactless payment is preferred or exact change) directly to the women’s ponds.

​There are changing rooms, toilets and (cold!) showers available.Be mindful that the ponds are deep and can be very cold so swim experience is necessary.

​You will need:

​Swimsuit and towel

​Warm clothes for after the swim

​Water (any snacks you might need!)

​A flask of hot tea is recommended
