​The Cosmos SDK allows anyone to build and launch a PoS chain. It was created in 2017-18.

​Chains built and launched with the Cosmos SDK include Osmosis, Celestia, Polygon PoS (partly built with Cosmos SDK), Cronos PoS, Injective, Axelar, DYDX and Thorchain.

​The Cosmos Hub is the first blockchain launched with the Cosmos SDK. ATOM is its token.
