• Breathwork to the Beat of a Live Band: A guided, rhythmic experience led by Freddy and amplified by the pulse of live music—designed to regulate your emotional state and awaken your energy. Soul Expansion combines all different types of breath practices, from traditional pranayama, to Wim Hoff (Tummo) breathing, and others with a modern spin.
• Transformative Meditations: Drop into stillness with grounding guided meditations that connect you to your essence and unlock a deeper sense of self-awareness.
• Soul Singing & Connection Group singing, gentle movement, and heart-opening interaction that remind you: you’re not alone—and you were never meant to be.
