Bridging the Brand Gap – Powering Vietnam’s Deep Tech Future
Vietnam stands at a crossroads. While the nation has cemented its reputation as a global manufacturing powerhouse, it remains absent from the global innovation map. Unlike South Korea or Japan—whose homegrown giants like Samsung, Hyundai, Sony, and Toyota are household names worldwide—Vietnam has yet to produce a brand that defines its identity on the international stage.
At Dragon Tech Incubator, we believe this is not due to a lack of talent or ambition, but a gap in deep tech innovation, global collaboration, and brand acceleration.
Deep Tech Connect 2025 is our call to action. This half-day event will bring together visionary stakeholders from Vietnam’s emerging tech startups, research institutions, government bodies, and global Vietnamese diaspora. Together, we aim to:
Spark cross-border collaborations in robotics, AI, semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing
Accelerate the commercialization of Vietnamese deep tech research
Cultivate the ecosystem needed to build globally recognized Vietnamese tech brands
Discuss macro trends including the shifting geopolitical landscape, such as evolving US-Vietnam trade ties and the implications of new tariff regimes
This is more than a conference—it is a movement to transform Vietnam from the world’s factory to the world’s innovator.
