Who is Natalie Yan-Chatonsky?
Natalie Yan-Chatonsky is an innovation consultant with a deep interest in social wellbeing, DEI and the longevity economy for women+. She is the founder/CEO of Full Time Lives and serves as the Chair of FINSIA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She’s also the author of the award-winning book The Art of Full Time Living: Design a meaningful and connected life.
Natalie partners with visionary leaders in big organisations to strategically co-design tech-savvy, human-centred workplaces, services and products that help people of all ages, identities, heritage and abilities from diverse backgrounds thrive. Her work spans sectors, from super funds and financial advisers to mental health and disability service providers.
