Join me in this energizing and rejuvenating variation of the popular downward dog pose. The twist provides a deeper stretch for the hamstrings and full body coordination.
Items needed for class:
* Yoga mat, large towel or blanket
Optional:
Blocks, cushions or pillows, strap or belt & a small stool or chair
* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
