​To coincide with the global event "Tech Gala," the premium Japanese sake brand SAKE HUNDRED is hosting an exclusive one-night-only pairing dinner. This special event will feature a curated selection of SAKE HUNDRED’s finest sakes. The brand's owner, Ryuji Ikoma, will provide a live commentary on the perfect pairings of sake and cuisine.

​Enjoy an extraordinary experience that offers a deep dive into the allure of Japanese sake while immersing yourself in Japan's rich traditions and aesthetics. In an intimate setting limited to just 11 guests, savor the exquisite harmony between SAKE HUNDRED's premium sakes and a specially crafted wagyu cuisine menu by Chef Tanaka.
