⭐ Zuleika Salter ⭐
Zuleika heads the Private Growth Capital division having joined finnCap in 2021.
With 10 years of experience in Venture Capital, Zuleika started her career at Puma Investments before moving to WHIreland and setting up their Private Equity practice. She has led numerous private company fundraisings across multiple sectors, with a focus on founder-led UK SMEs.
Her experience enables finnCap Cavendish to provide financing options to growth companies from smaller series A fundraisings between £2-20m through to larger series B and series C fundraisings between £20-100m.

Creator of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards (GBEA). Founded in 2012 and based in Cardiff, GBEA acknowledges the hard work and inspiring stories of British entrepreneurs and businesses. Alongside the team, Fran works tirelessly to champion the most ambitious and innovative entrepreneurs across the United Kingdom.

Emma is one of the UK’s leading female entrepreneurs’. She made her name launching the global female empowerment brand Killing Kittens in 2005, now incorporated into the KK Group with over 150,000 members having launched events across the US, Australia and Europe and has grown online into an online community network with sexual empowerment at its core. April 2023 saw the group launch the world's first sex positive social dating app WeareX

Sangeeta Pillai is a feminist activist and writer, the creator of the multi-award-winning Masala Podcast as well as the founder of South Asian feminist network Soul Sutras.
Sangeeta grew up in a Mumbai slum fighting for her rights - and found her feminism early on. Today, she is recognised as a leading voice for South Asian feminism globally.
Sangeeta’s work challenges many cultural taboos: from sex, sexuality, periods, shame, mental health, menopause and more. While celebrating many life-enhancing aspects of her South Asian culture: from Kamasutra, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bollywood and beyond.
