Toby Fowlston is the CEO of the Robert Walters, a global talent solutions business operating in 31 countries 🌍. After starting his career as a solicitor, Toby joined Robert Walters in 1999, eventually leading its Southeast Asia operations and becoming CEO of Asia Pacific – the Group’s largest region. In 2023, Toby succeeded Robert Walters as CEO. He is passionate about honest leadership, innovation, and fostering long-term career development.
