​This professional writing workshop will help you refine your voice, declutter your writing and build a credible argument for opinion-style writing and thought leadership. It's taught by former Forbes editor and School of the New York Times instructor Corinne Lestch.

​Time: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET

​Location: Virtual on Zoom

​Price: $1000 (you can pay in full upfront or in two $500 installments — select $500 in checkout. Next payment is due 6/11.)

• ​4-week workshop series meets on Zoom

• ​$1,000 (check if your job offers educational stipends/benefits).

• ​This price includes the workshop, take-home materials, multiple rounds of in-depth written and verbal feedback, as well as a one-to-one session and pitching guidance from the instructor, a former Forbes deputy editor.

• ​Access to a private WhatsApp group to keep up with submission opportunities and pitching guidelines.

• ​Features guest speakers from across the publishing and news industries, including editors, literary agents and cross-genre writers.

• ​Participants will learn how to give constructive criticism in a supportive environment and receive feedback from both the instructor and their peers.

• ​Material is planned in advance, but tailored as much as possible to each cohort. I curate diverse, dynamic groups so you can also learn from each other.

• ​Participation, engagement and an open mind are key to the cohort's success.

• ​Cancellations are acceptable up to 3 days after the first session to receive a refund for the remaining sessions. After the third day, there are no refunds. There are no makeup sessions.

• ​All participants are eligible to receive 20% off their first one-to-one coaching session after successful completion of the workshop.
