​Robert Weinberger is the founder of Weinberger & Logan PC, a boutique law firm based in Los Angeles that represents startups, small businesses, individuals and investors in their business and corporate affairs, with a primary focus on venture capital transactions.

​Robert received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.  He is licensed to practice law in California and New York State.
