​A workshop for poems

​This is written for Substack readers/writers who might be interested in helping poets edit our "poems in progress" or PIP.

​ We may ask ourselves, “What were you trying to do here?” and then look at certain lines to see if they are saying what the poet wants them to say. That’s about it for me. 1-What’s your purpose? 2-Look closely and see if it does that as well as it can. 3. Have a laugh as being a poet which is just too absurd but at least the money is great.
