About Event

Ready to deepen your flexibility by opening and creating space in your body in a gentle and relaxed way? Flexibility Yoga at the Wall is a mat-based, targeted mobility class based on The Science of Stretching™. The aim is to help us effectively improve our overall flexibility and mobility, progress slowly and safely to more advanced poses on the mat, increase body awareness and… connect back to our playful inner self so we can have fun stretching our muscles! :)

Props Needed:

  • Yoga blocks or books —A low or medium height stool might also prove useful

  • ​Knee or bum padding, such as folded blanket or cushions

  • ​Empty wall (sometimes)

  • Strap, belt or non-elastic band

Notes:

  • Please make sure the camera is ON and placed away enough from the mat so I can see your full body during class.

  • Please make sure your phone is OFF or in Do Not Disturb mode, so that there are no distractions whatsoever that might keep you away from being fully engaged in your Flexibility Yoga practice.
