​Art licensing is when an artist licenses their artwork to a company or manufacturer to be printed on all kinds of products for a limited time - art prints, stationary, home decor, you name it. It can be a great way to get a second life out of your work, especially if it’s sitting in a corner gathering digital dust. You license your artwork, the manufacturer does their thing, and you get royalties from the sales. Sounds easy… right?
