Secure Love: Align Towards an Interdependent Self and Find the Love You Deserve
Secure Love: Talk and Workshop
Workshop Context:
This workshop is designed to help you align yourself to a secure attachment style. Through guided exercises, insights, and shared learning, you’ll develop tools to connect more deeply with yourself and others, fostering relationships grounded in security and trust.
The Struggle:
Who You Are: You are a work in progress. You yearn to feel secure, to lean into vulnerability, and to experience genuine connection. Yet, sometimes, your triggers get the best of you. You may find yourself becoming hypervigilant and anxious, or withdrawing and shutting down altogether.
This workshop is especially suitable for those who are currently going through a power struggle phase and are finding it hard to connect with their partners.
Why Now: The sooner we learn how to connect in a healthy, secure way—and leave behind relationships that do not serve us—the closer we get to living the life we deserve.
You are the youngest you’ll ever be. Life is unpredictable, and each moment is an opportunity for growth. Heal now, practice new tools today, and be ready when life calls for your best self.
What You Will Learn:
Emotional Regulation: Learn to navigate your feelings with grace and clarity.
Empathy: Build deeper understanding and connection with yourself and others.
Curiosity: Cultivate a mindset of openness and exploration in relationships.
Rhythm: Develop a consistent practice of showing up securely for yourself and others.
About the Host:
Everyone has parts of themselves that feel secure and parts that struggle. Our goal in this workshop is to nurture the parts that feel unsafe, guiding them towards a place of security. This process enables us to show up as our greatest selves.
As someone who once identified with fearful attachment—a disorganized attachment style that oscillates between anxious and avoidant tendencies—I deeply understand the struggle. For years, I felt like a victim in some moments and a villain in others. But through three years of dedicated personal work, immersing myself in attachment theory, and studying at the Personal Development School, I’ve transformed my attachment style and now test as secure.
This journey wasn’t just about me. I’ve helped countless friends and clients navigate their relationship challenges. Many of them are highly independent, thriving in their careers, yet yearning for more fulfilling relationships.
To love in a secure way takes practice - lots of practice. To form strong, meaningful connections, we must first feel safe in our own bodies. Self-regulation, conscious choices, and consistent reprogramming of the subconscious mind are key to this transformation.
